Alliance (HTWIA) provides local to global leadership in hospitality & tourism workforce
innovation through two major thrusts:
- Workforce and Leadership Training and Development, and
- Research and Benchmarking, Support for Strategic Planning, and Human Capital Analytics
Dr. Evelyn Kwan Green, Director of the HTWIA received her doctorate in Human Capital Development with a background in hospitality and casino management, marketing, and instructional design and technology. Dr. Green will be supported by the Hospitality and Tourism Management faculty and staff in its inception.
